Spring 2008 AT RRM

Please pray for protection and provision for these precious children and their mothers. Pray for these little children that they will have child like faith. Even though most have fathers who have let them down, may they experience the warm, accepting embrace of their heavenly father.

Also continue to pray for us - We are in process of making arrangements to minister there on a weekly basis. Already my daughter, Lexi Reese, and Jeannie Williams have volunteered to come with me. We had 23 men come - & had a wonderful time.

Chicagoland Prison Outreach - 1st Welding Class Graduation:

Brian Lloyd shared his testimony. After thanking the many staff members of CPO for their dedicated service and the wonderful programs they have, he paused and thanked Scott Reese (RRM) for the spiritual impact on his life. Brian considers Scott his "White Daddy" in that he grew up without an involved father, but thanks to YOU - THOSE MAKING OUR MINISTRY POSSIBLE - someone was there to help steer him in the right direction.

We are very proud of Brian!!! On Wednesdays evenings, he runs a Bible and Basketball program (for high school kids) at the church Scott founded, New Life Baptist Church. He has also agreed to help Scott with a Saturday Afternoon Bible and Basketball outreach for the younger kids.

Please pray for Brian - as he has a powerful ministry to the youth of the Chicago Heights region. Also, thanks to the staff of CPO he was able to start a new job at a Steel plant. Most importantly, pray for his wife Erica - we just found out that she has Cancer. They have several children. I have also known Erica since she was a young child. We started the church in her living room and her father, David Gills, was the cofounder and asistant pastor of the church.
